AAnotes.com cares about your right to privacy and security. Unlike many internet businesses, we will not share your information with third parties - unless, due to unusual circumstances, we are bound by law to do so. For example, we may be required to disclose personally identifiable information to the government or by court order under certain exceptional circumstances. In normal circumstances we treat all your information as confidential, and for our use only.

We have a special high-level security system in place when it comes to the handling of your confidential banking and credit card details. We believe our system is one of the safest places to make a purchase with a credit card.

SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address as it is transmitted over the Internet.

4. General

AAnotes.com makes an ongoing investment to maintain this extra high level of security for our customers. Most small companies and many large ones are not willing to make this sacrifice to safeguard your privacy.

Our internet security is under constant reappraisal by a top-level security consultant used also by the National Security Agency.
